Q: Where is our location?
A: We located at Puri Indah, Kembangan – West Jakarta, but we do deliver our bento to our customers around Jakarta and vicinity (Bogor, Tangerang, Bekasi, Serpong).
Q: How do I place my order?
A: You can fill in our order form and we will contact you immediately.
Q: Can I contact you directly?
A: Yes, you can contact us by email or phone and sms (021-37341922) to discuss and ask questions regarding our bento.
Q: Is there a minimum order?
A: Our minimum order is 20 pax per delivery, but we will charge extra for delivery.
Q: Where can I see the menu?
A: If you interested, we will send you the menu list, you can combine all those menu (consist of meats, vegetables, fruits and deserts) as you like.
Q: How much is your bento price?
A: Our bento price depends on selected design and menu.
Below is the standard price for bento per pax:
* Small bento (ex. mini rabbit bento) start from Rp 25,000 per pax
* Onigiri bento (ex. birthday bento) start from Rp 30,000 per pax
* Character bento (ex. Naruto bento) start from Rp 35,000 per pax
Q: How soon do I need to place my order before delivery date?
A: We really appreciate it if you could place the order at minimum of 1 (one) week before the delivery date to exchange ideas with you since we would like to customize your order to your preference, but we could discuss it case by case.
Q: Is there any delivery charges?
A: We will give free delivery within Jakarta area with minimum order of Rp 1,000,000. As for outside Jakarta (Bogor, Bekasi, Tangerang), we will charge extra delivery cost according to the distance.
Q: What is “character bento” made from? Is it edible?
A: Our kyaraben is made from homemade pasta sheet (like pasta on lasagna) or egg sheet (taste like omelette) and all the food on our bento box are edible.
Q: Do you use MSG on your food?
A: We don’t use MSG on any of our food, we don’t even own it on our own kitchen.
Q: Do you make the food in your kitchen?
A: Yes, we make all of our chicken nuggets, chicken katsu, shrimp tempura, etc. by ourselves from fresh meat. We never use frozen nuggets from supermarket for our bento. The only menu that we don’t make ourselves are sausages and bread.
Q: What kind of boxes do you use for the bento?
A: We use imported food container material made from PP-5 and PP-6 composite that’s 100% food safe and microwavable (usually 30 seconds for reheat the food, with the cover lid removed).
