Simple omelette bento

I wanted a very simple bento for today, so I just made omelette with egg, sausages, onions, and peas.  I cut them into triangle pieces and arranged them on top of lettuce.

As for little decoration for this bento I prepared a chunk of cauliflower, two shrimps, a pocky biscuit to make a sheep miniature I saw on one of my bento mooks . For its face, I used ham, nori for the eyes, and a little bit of carrot for the mouth. Simple but eye catching.

Last but not least, I put champagne grapes along with the omelette and shepp. They sold on premium price, I really didn’t want to buy them at first but I knew they would be great inside those bento boxes so I bought them anyway. They looked great indeed, but for eating purpose I’d choose the bigger grapes, they taste better and easier to eat.
